Bidvest is a leading B2B services, trading and distribution Group operating in the areas of consumer, pharmaceutical and industrial products, outsourced hard and soft services, financial services, freight management, office and print solutions, travel services and automotive retailing. The diversified portfolio operates in two segments – business services, and trading and distribution – through seven divisions.
We have a blended portfolio of defensive and cyclical businesses that are diversified, essential and asset-light.
During FY2022, the Services division was split into Services International and Services SA. This was done to create management capacity and focus to execute Bidvest's international growth strategy.
